down 1.8 very pleased, a little less stress as grandmother has improved she
has moved to nursing facility for rehab. better care according to family
and much closer so while there isn't need for 24/7 vigilance she is close
enough for them to check daily on her, everyone have a great week, Lee

Good job. Glad to hear your grandmother has improved. It can be very
stressful dealing with ill relatives. Mom's 88 so I know exactly what you
are going through. Hang in there.

thanks, she is 89, My mom told me today she took 2 of my sister's kids and
some ice-cream to her... she tasted the chicken leg but ate four or five
bites of the ice-cream, and in grandma's case good calories... very rich,
she has never lost mental function except when medicated but now they are
working on rehab for her my mom isn't sure it will work but thinks its good
for grandma to be focused. Best part of this is that my mom's sister can go
and visit as the ride to see her isn't long, aunt is dying of pancreatic
cancer... again, thanks for the support, Lee

thank you, I am very pleased, and I have also discovered that it is the
splendia that is part of the issue, specifically when consumed in soda...
not sure if it is all of it, but this week I had no soda and splenda in
yogurt and lost... Lee

The more you analyze and are aware of what you eat, the easier it is to
fine tune your foods.

snip
I've not posted in this group, but have been lurking for a couple of
weeks. I'm on week 5 of weight watchers, and do well as long as I stay
focused.

Just wanted to say I discovered long ago that I cannot lose weight and
drink diet soda. I first thought it was coincidental, but I've tested
it many times and it is certainly true for me.
