Default baby steps?

I bought a really nice elliptical off of craigslist last fall while I was
still pregnant, thinking that as soon as Emily was born in December I'd be
on that sucker every day and lose all this baby fat in no time... So,
today, I went down to the basement, took the clothes off that were hanging
on it (*grin*) and did about 15 minutes. It was all I could cram in between
taking care of Emily and getting my older DD to school. But it will get
better, and I'll get a routine down. I've reigned in the eating, and my
next goal is to drink more water and eat more fiber. It always worked
before. Anyways, I'm already down a lb...

Congrats! That's the way to do it. Slow and steady wins every time.
Making small changes adds up to big loss over time. Good job!

The first steps are sometimes the most difficult to take --
congratulations on making a good start!

My exercise bike has library book bags and coats hanging from it right
now but I don't feel too bad as I went to the gym today and I prefer
their equipment anyhow---good for you I am a believer in baby steps!!!
