Default girls... I found the holy grail of dieting!

Okay... I have tried every diet. I mean EVERY DIET. The last one was
Atkins but for the life of me I couldnt' stay on it long enough to lose
anything. Damned ketosis! At least I blamed that for a long time.
And weight watchers nearly killed me! Not literally... but it felt
like it.

Anyway, I finally found a totally different diet that works for me.
Like I said... 22 pounds in the first month (And I only had 24 to
lose)! Went to my doctor last week for a checkup and blood work. He
says I corrected my insulin resistance and my cholesterol is normal
now!

And the only thing that ****es me off is I didn't find it sooner.

I hear no talk of this diet anywhere. I guess it's not very well known
yet. Basically it's the best of all the other diets and it really put
me into ketosis fast and I stayed there even when cheating a little.

I will check this website out. The Zone diet is good too because it portions your protein, carbs, and fats in your meals so that your sugar/insulin levels can be level and being level means losing fat because increasing insulin is what makes people fat and when you keep it even, your body will release the fat in your stores. In addition you should fee less moody or fatigued, less cravings. Try navigating through www.zoneperfect.com.

(Paused).....I just saw the website...it almost seems to good to be true. The marketing is so good it's exciting, but I honestly feel very skeptical. I mean, what more can you do with dieting if one is eating what they should - namely, eating fish, chicken, fruits, veggies, less high density carbohydrates, eggs, oatmeal, healthy yogurts, beans, etc. and getting exercise and eating less junk food that only increases your insulin levels and makes you fat? You could either eat carbs with other carbs with fats, proteins with veggies and no grains(food combining) or you could eat like they do in The Zone, a carb, a protien, and fat in the same meal to balance hormones. You just have to stick with one way of eating and portions to make it work.

I'm glad that you found a diet that is working for you. That is pretty much all that matters so keep up the good work! .

Can you give me an example of your diet? (breakfast,lunch,dinner?) and anything extra that you are supposed to do or take or drink or eat, or excercise, etc?
