Food rich in lean protein speeds up your body metabolism. In every meal, food rich lean protien should be included. These include tofu, red meat, egg whites, beans, and chicken breast. Fat burning food Fat burning food groups include citrus, dairy, fruits and vegetables. Lemons, oranges, grape fruits and tangerines are examples of fruits included in the citrus group. When picking fruits and vegetables, pick those that are rich in cellulose. These include cabbage, carrots, apple, watermelon, blueberries, and asparagus.
