Default Tired during Induction??

I'm on day 8 of induction and I must admit that I have been feeling pretty
tired the last few days........is this normal?

I've also lost 7.25 lbs, so I sticking with it.

I've eaten a few strawberries everyday......does anyone think this will
impede my progress?

Default Tired during Induction??

I've been eating eggs, smoked ham, bacon, salads, chicken, shrimp, steak,
sausage, ground beef, pork......no bread, no pasta, some veggies like green
and red peppers and mushrooms, only a few strawberries, lots of water.

I've been spending 30 minutes every day in the pool treading water.....a few
days I went for 60 minutes......one or 2 black cups of coffee in the
morning.

Any indication of wrong doing? DO you want me to be more specific?

Will a few strawberries a day impede your progress? Probably not.

Will the fact that you can't seem to follow fairly simple instructions
impede your progress? Probably so.

Default Tired during Induction??

I don't know exactly how many carbs I've been getting, but it's probably
only about 10 per day right now. I was going to wait out the 2 weeks before
I start increasing my carbs..........I think I will probably have to stay
around 45 carbs per day in order to maintain good BG control.........right
now, my numbers have never been better!

No, I think that you are doing everything right, how many carbs per
day do you eat?

I think that you can safely increase that number a bit, with your
weight.

Hi Bryan...............following the simple rules was kind of hard because I
didn't really have the entire concept before I started. I only learned of
the "no-fruit" 4 days into it. I honestly thought that 20 carbs max was
what induction was all about. I accidentally purchased the wrong book so I
didn't want to stop until this weekend when I will purchase the proper book.
At least I am still losing and it obviously means that the strawberries are
impeding my loss dramatically.

I am new to this and I am here to learn. Thanks for your posting. I
appreciate the comments.
