Question about eating PIZZA
"Susan " If you have eaten no carbs today, and you want one slice of pizza crust, then go for it, you budgeted for it. I sure do agree with you! I can't think of anything that can replace real pizza, just take the topping off a second slice and make it a really double-topped filling slice! I would however supplement it with some wings and celery/blue cheese so that we don't grab that second slice. Make sure to drink plenty of water/fluid with it to fill upon. Frankly the only way I could do this for life is if I can, once in awhile, have some pizza or other carby stuff if I budget it into my daily carb intake. Our anniversary (11 years) is next week and I will have something, maybe half a dinner roll OR a half of a baked sweet potato (no cinnamon sugar) with my meal Nancy J 209/167/145 |
