After workout nausea (?)

You two mean "nauseated" not nauseous. There's a difference. G

In the Oxford English Reference Dictionary (I don't have convenient access
to the online OED from here), the first definition of "nauseous" is:

"affected with nausea; sick (felt nauseous all day)."
