Default MIDWEST - Village Hearth Light 12 Grain Bread

This stuff is made in North Dakota, Minnesota, and Wisconsin, so should be
available in a lot of stores in those areas. I just ran across it in a
store in Austin, MN.

It has a texture like real bread, and it has sunflower nuts in it! Love
bread with sunflower nuts. It doesn't have a strong wheat flavor (an asset
at our house). Crash even liked it, and agreed that we should just start
using this as our every day bread - for both of us.

Per slice:
40 calories
7 grams of carbs
2 grams of fiber
5 net carbs per slice!!

One thing I've really missed is grilled cheese sandwiches. Now I can have
them occasionally!

Good stuff, Maynard.
