Hello...new to group
Hello... I am new to the group...and new to newsgroups. I have been on the
Atkins induction for a week and a half. I've lost 4 pounds so far. I wish it were more, but I'll have to take this  Is there anyone else here from Toronto? Canookie Toronto, Ontario

This is a great group of people, well informed and generally well intentioned! There are always a few exceptions to the rules Sounds like you are on the right track!Four pounds is very good for a week and a half! Keep us posted on your continuing efforts.
