Default Workout Suggestion

I recently purchased a home gym

http://www.walmart.com/catalog/produ...30660805102498

I am interested in some suggestions on a routine. How often should I
work out and for how long?

As far as my body structure, I am short and thin (5'8" and 120lbs). I
have no need to lose weight, I just want to build muscle.

Thanks.

To build muscle, you need a calorie surplus. That means, you have to eat
MORE than your body burns in a day. You also need adequate protein intake -
somewhere around 1g of protein per lb of bodyweight.

I would suggest a full body routine 3 times a week. You can change it up
once you learn more about your body and weight lifting. Check out exrx.net
for information on specific exercises to do. You'll have to figure out what
exercises you can realistically do on your particular machine. basically,
you'll want to find a way to work all the muscle groups - glutes,
hamstrings, quads, calves, abs, back, bi/tri, shoulders, chest, traps.
