HEY, good news, well, somewhat good news, well, okay news.

I did not have to PAY! (G)

I have an official WI for Today since I took Weds off for a wonderful
ski trip. And its beneficial affect was dehydration, well, and
wonderful scenery and exercise. So when I popped on the scale (scales
in England) this morning at home, it looked like I could safety risk
an official WW weigh-in.

I did have one more week for an official March WI but today was my
first opportunity to hop on their scale with some leeway.

So, without much further ado.....

Current: 165.4 (over my 164 official goal)
Gain: 0.2 (which is down from where it has been most of March)

Last official WI was way back on Feb 2nd.

I do think that I have things a bit more in control but there are
days............

I'd say it's just more of the same thing though.. I don't find maintenance
any harder than loosing.. on the contrary.. it's much easier.. what is hard
sometimes is to remember that it's NEVER over.. ;o)

Well, good on you for another free weighin. More days in control than
not: that seems to be the point that's been lost on me.

In that photo of you on the mountaintop, you appear to have found your
bliss. What a wonderful place to spend a day.

A fortuitous ski trip helped. And I'm trying to continue what has
been a better pattern of behavior. Today I'm trying to not eat
everything in sight even if I'm slightly hungry from yesterday's
workout.

Now to close in on YOU!!!! (G)

But I will wish you a good WI anyway (G)

But it's true.. we get in troubles when we forget what we did and why..
that's why my "fat picture" is on my fridge.. and shall remain there.. every
day I'm reminded of why I'm doing this..

I guess you could put it that way - NEVER OVER. Lazy, old behaviors,
wanting to eat it just because I want to eat it....
