Week 54 report - no change from last week
I think I must have experienced some settling down after my U.S. trip and
the big loss I had during the trip. After my weight was creeping up almost daily all week to as much as 88.4 kg, it started creeping down again mid-week and I ended up this morning, my usual Friday weigh-in, at the exact same 87.8 kg I weighed last Friday. So I am hopeful that the downward trend will just continue where it left off two weeks ago. I did try to shake things up a bit by doing more walking and eating different things for breakfast and dinner. Anyway, I am not worried. doug@still down 82 lb so far |
