Default Exercise & Food 9/26/05

I'm posting early because I already know what I'm eating tonight and I'll be
later. I try to plan my daily meals the evening before sometimes I'll plan a
couple of days at a time. It sits on the cabnit and reminds me not to eat it
if its not on the list. I tried the high protein with my husband for 1 month
thats enough for me. I will start counting points with WW again I feel so
much more satisfied. Although going off the WW for 1 month and still
continuing to watch my diet I think has kicked started me again. If My scales
are right friday's weigh in and measurements is looking good.

Exercise - Curves 30 min, 1 hr walk/3.52 miles. I'm trying to keep my speed
up. Calories burned 374/WW pts earned 6.

Food - 1 serving of oatmeal, 1 cup 1% milk, 1cup unsweetened cranberry juice.

Lunch - Deli roast beef sandwich,no cheese with spinach, bell pepper, and
cucumber, and spicey mustard, 12 baked lay chips, water

Snack- 2 midget tootsie rolls

Supper - baked chicken( 1 thigh, 1 drumstick no skin), 1 cup green beans, 1
cup herb & butter rice, Ice tea

Snack - Healthy choice Strawberry swirl bar.

Total calories 1238 / pts used 28 - calories/pts burned 374/6 = left over
calories 864/ points used 22.

At my wgt I am allowed 26 pts per day and you dont have to use your exercise
pts. So I did good I think I ate my 26 pts and used only 2 of my exercise pts.
