Default Dr. Phil Revisited

Whoever said "getting there is half the fun" forgot to mention that
"staying there is the other half." Despite having more pop-ups than a
children's storybook and more refeeds than a slot macjine, I'm hovering
and hanging a mere two pounds from goal. I can picture it. I can taste
it. But can I wait for it? You would think that six decades of
experience would get me in touch with reality, but it's always the same
rainbow chasing caper to deal with the weight issue.

I predict that caleb will arrive before I do!

Great work, but what is there to wait for?
You got the rest of your life, why force the arrival so soon?

Carol -- ABSOLUTELY NO WAY WILL I GET THERE BEFORE YOU!!!

You're doing GREAT! (Of course if you're in the trenches, sometimes it
doesn't feel like it.)

Keep it up!

Yours,

Caleb (the slow one)
