OMG, how dare we have opinions!!!!

Will~

Will,
It's not the opinions so much as the fact that we're women.
You're
dealing
with a misogynistic queen troll.

Lol...all I need now is for Martha to call me an "insect" and my
day
will be complete...!!!

As for Ig's absence, maybe he ACHIEVED his goal and MOVED ON...a
course of action someone like you who has been wallowing around
here
FOREVER might do well to consider.

Tsk tsk tsk.. and I was almost liking you... changing one's
lifestyle
is
forever... I've been at goal for years and still hang around here
and
elsewhere.. because I wanna stay there....

That's fine...just don't become a termagent whiner like "Nunya" or use
this froup as your own personal drama blog like Mothra does...

By the way.. you're here too aren't you? hmmmm

I'm just keeping you girls in line...

:-p

Hey -- Both of you folks are incredibly POSITIVE! and (said he
enviously, and under his breath) successful!!!

Let's all sing "Kumbayah!" Heck -- I'd sure sing along. Maybe some of
the magic would rub off!

You guys are VERY supportive! (as in alt.SUPPORT.diet)

Yours truly,

Caleb

I'm french Canadian...

Okay, prove it: give us a recipe for low - cal poutine...

:-)

MUAHAHAHAHAH

Hummmm... low cal chicken poutine...

Oven baked fries
Fat free cheddar cheese (in chunks)
Skinned boned chicken breast (in chuncks)
Low cal gravy (I know that exist!!! seen it once!!!)

Put fries in a bowl, sprinkle chicken chunks, cheese chunks, pour the gravy
at the very last minutes*.

*if served at lunch or dinner time, follow the order meticulously... if
served after the bar closes, nobody cares!

Bon Appetit... criss...

Okay, this is a translation I don't get. And I give up!!! On this site,
at Thanksgiving and Christmas and special things, you all always go on about
avoiding the gravy and here you talk about low calorie gravy as a joke.
Now, gravy to me is the juices of the meat, a splash of wine and some herbs
and pepper so as long as you skim off any fat it's not too bad. Why is
American/Canadian gravy soooooo bad?

The can of "fries gravy" I have here, is 48 cals, and 3.4 g of fat per
serving.

Which is actually low....

Normally, gracy used in "poutine" is really mostly fat..

Flour or cream is used as a thickener instead of waiting for the
natural proteins to thicken on their own. Cream adds fat calories,
flour adds carb calories, either bind most of the fat in the
drippings.

Low carbers often switch to using cream. Most folks should
switch to the style you describe.

Oh I see, thanks! Still, unless it was neat cream, you'd probably need a
fair bit to make it as bad as a slice of cheesecake or something.
