Default Day 42 of 100 Days to Thanksgiving

Day 42 of 100 Days to Thanksgiving
253/232/195

September 25, 2005

Just got on my scale and still am at 232. Still only 21 pounds gone.
The indicator is still hovering.

I tried to go to my office early yesterday (Saturday) but the blocks
surrounding it were cordoned off. Apparently there was a shooting
nearby, and so I'm going there in about 30 minutes.

Had about 2000 calories yesterday - more than I should have had but I
will make up for it today.

When I get back this evening, I'm walking up my little hill.
Beautiful day here in the Portland, Oregon area! Nice crisp fall day.

I hope everyone has a great Sunday and a great week ahead!

Yours,

Caleb

Caleb, Oregon SOUNDS like Syracuse which is several miles away from me.
There are shootings OFTEN there.

You are doing well as you are NOT gaining ! Is it 1,000 cals that you
try for? I AM HOPING for 40 lb loss But I guess that I need to lose
about 25 or 30.

Have a good week.

Today I'm struggling with boredom so OF COURSE I WANT TO EAT! I WANT ICE
cream !!!!!!! I want this and I ate a couple of choc kisses After
coffee I feel better but STILL I want dessert!!!

HOW do YOU stop?

We have a similar little hill and this morning I gaped as a guy
continuously walked up and down it carrying his bicycle with one arm.

I make "ice cream" in my Omega juicer. I just feeze cut up fruit and
put it through the "blank" cone and out comes the closest thing to ice
cream I do add a little honey and vanilla.

Well, it is cross season, but that still seems like rather odd
training.

Yea...but a 20lb dumbbell would have been easier to carry than a 20lb
bike. It's too early in the season to think about not riding the
bikeg

Cyclocross racing does involves carrying the bike at some points in
the course. But like you say, assuming you have the option, it is
always a good idea to keep riding the bike.
