Default Exercise and Food 9/25/05

Well I'm feeling better today. I slept a lot yesterday and last night. I
didn't feel like eating much today but I drank a lot. I forced myself to walk
and that actually made me feel a little better this evening.

Exercise 30 min walk around track in the morning/ 1 hr walk in pool this
evening.
calories burned 288

Food
Breakfast 2 poached eggs, 2 toast w/ spray butter/ diet coke I dont usually
drink much pop but it seemed like it helped my stomach.

Lunch 1pkg of Ramen chicken noodle soup/ Ice tea

Supper grilled cheese sandwich and 1 cup of jello salad and ice tea.

Calories ate 931-calories burned 288=643 left over I know that low but I just
can't eat nothing else today. I'll probably be starving tomorrow.

I didnt drink hardly anything after 2 yesterday. Ive made up for it today. I
cant seem to get enough to drink. I have a 32 oz mug I keep filled with ice
tea or water and I think Ive filled it at least 5 or 6 times.

Lori
