Not losing, working out and i think gaining.
This is strange. I think i must be gaining muscle, because i have been
working out on a regular basis, and am now apparently 1.5lb heavier or so than about three weeks ago. Three weeks ago my loss all but stopped, and i stopped really doing induction. After christmas, i went on an induction style diet for 5 days to clean all the junk out of my system, and then that was it. I am still eating low carb, but not 20g a day, probably realistically between 40-80g carbs a day most days. |
