The most exhausting aerobics class of all time
In Norway it is called "Kick Pulse". It is 60 minutes of
kick boxing moves set to high-energy aerobics music. It is surprising how hard it is just to hold your arms up in the fighting position for that long. Add to that all the footwork, punches, kicks, and jumps, and you come out of there feeling like a wet rag. Strongly recommended, but definitely not for the faint of heart. martin -- Clark for President http://www.clark04.com/ Martin Smith |

Sounds similar to Tae Bo.

My YMCA offers such a class. Plus, I've seen people get really fit just following the standard boxing conditioning. -- Rudy - Remove the Z from my address to respond. Interesting. do they have these in the states? My sister-in-law did one regularly, but that was at an actual karate school. Try the local branch of the larger fitness club chains in your area, or possibly the YMCA, or a karate school. M.W. Smith wrote: :: In Norway it is called "Kick Pulse".
