Default Food & Exercise -- 11/3/2006

Went to the gym this morning. Spent the afternoon at home doing some
business paperwork and other odds and ends.

Food:

* 7:45 (home): 2 poached eggs on 1 slice whole wheat toast w/ 3 slices
melted f/f cheese & 10g grated grana padano
* 12:30 (driving home from gym): energy bar
* 1:30 (home): 4 oz. ground turkey breast burger on whole wheat
hamburger bun w/ 3 slices f/f cheese, dill pickle slices, & catsup; 1
medjool date
* 3:15 (home): Tootsie Pop
* 8:00 (home): pot roast: 3.5 oz. lean rump roast, 1 cup veggies; 1
medjool date
* 11:00 (home -- planned): 250g f/f Greek yogurt w/ 1/2 cup fresh
pineapple

Totals: 1436 calories, 31g fat (20%), 141g carbs (39%), 155g protein
(43%)

Exercise:

10:00 -- Lower body lifting: stationary lunges w/ barbell;
stiff-legged deadlifts; side lunges w/ medicine ball; side steps w/
resistance band; leg extensions; leg curls; calf extensions; hip
adductor; hip abductor

11:00 -- 75 minute vinyasa yoga class
