Default Eating plan to lose 25 pounds?

I need (want), to lose 25 pounds by the summer. I really do need a diet
plan. By diet plan I mean a new way of eating.
Can anyone suggest any nutritional plans I can follow that is posted
online?
Thanks

No because you won't lose the weight by diet alone and still stay healthy.
You need to start an exercise program too.

It's hard to say without knowing anything about you. There isn't a fit all
plan..

I do Weight Watchers, I've lost 70 lbs with it, maintained the loss for over
3 years now. It works for me, some people will tell you it didn't for
them...

What do you have in mind? What kind of food do you eat? what do you plan to
do after the summer?

Sorry to say, but a "diet" will make you lose weight.. temporarily.. if you
don't change your way of life... you're wasting your time.... the lady
knows, I've done that many times.. bleeeeh..

If you get the Discovery Health Channel, try to catch the special "You on a
Diet". It's really eye opening even for someone already committed to
healthier eating. You can find info on it on the Discovery Health website.
http://discovery.health.com I picked up the companion book at Borders
yesterday for $25. Now if I can only get my DH to read it . . .

The correct link is http://health.discovery.com
and there is a whole section by Dr Oz at:
http://health.discovery.com/fansites/droz/droz.html
I have his 'YOU The Owners Manual' and have been looking to pick up
this book as well - it really explains how the human body works. Dr Oz
is also a regular on Oprah and there is a good amount of info about
the book, eating plan and good/bad foods etc at:
http://www2.oprah.com/index.jhtml Especially interesting is 'The
Muscle That Makes You Gain Weight' and another link to another Oz
section (easy to get lost on the website is:
