Default is sushi and maki (japanese) realy low fat ?

I want to respect a diet, not to much fat and not to much suger.
What about sushi and maki, the japanese ones ?
Sushi for example is only rice and raw fresh fish.
Can I eat this as much as I want ?
It appears to me as very healthy, low fat, ....
Please can you advice ?
Jean
