All work and no play makes Willow a grumpy girl!
The last two weeks have been somewhat frustrating professionally. Work has
been taking over the majority of my time and has cut into not just my personal time, but my meal planning. I was able to maintain my calorie intake despite this --- thankfully. All week I was scrambling to throw a lunch together in the morning. Twice I ended up buying lunch at the cafe around the corner with its overpriced, non-vegetarian friendly menu. Today, I'll make a casserole and/or a soup so I won't have to go through that again. It is added stress I don't need. I was looking forward to a relaxing weekend, but ended up having to work through most of it. It's making me feel a bit grumpy today. But, there is good news --- I'm finally able to report a weight drop as of yesterday. Yee haw! It's only 2lbs, but at least its a move in the right direction and a nice reward after the two hectic weeks I've had.
