Default Weigh in 1-28-04

I was up 3 lbs to 154.6. This was my first weigh in on dayshift. I am assuming that the gain was due to not staying completely on plan for the week and eating and drinking during the day on Wed. My other weigh ins have been when I have not eaten much. I got that new flex point calculator and don't like it so I stopped using it. It was very cumbersome in using flex points.
Congrats to lose who lost and welcome to the new people in the group. To those who are struggling like myself, although my struggling is self-induced and I am trying to get my act together, keep trying eventually everything will fall into place.

Sorry about the gain, Kristine. But you know what caused it, so just put
it behind you & get back to program - the rest will take care of itself.
Wish you luck.

Kristine:

Sorry you were up 3 lbs. I am struggling too. I hope that you get your
weigh ins sorted out and have a big whoosh next week.

Hi Kristine,

Don't get discouraged about the 3 lbs gain, it must be hard on your body
when you switch from day to night shift. Have you tried to plan out your
meals for the week that way you can stay OP? I too have a hard time to lose
and stay OP, yesterday I planned out my meals for the whole week & I hope
that'll help.

Take care,

I did not really stay on program. It was very difficult for me working third shift. Sorry I don't have any tips for you.

Thanks Elaine. Yes I do know what caused it, but each day is a new day to stay on program. Like I mentioned earlier this will be a long process.
