FOOD:

Thursday, 4/1:

6:30 (driving to airport): ready-to-drink chocolate protein shake
9:30 (snacking in airport -- stuff we brought): 1/2 oz. peanuts; 1/4
apple
11:00 (on plane to Atlanta, brought with me): sandwich w/ 112g
grilled chicken breast on 2 slices whole wheat bread
1:15 (Atlanta airport -- for queasy tummy): 12 oz. ginger ale
5:00 (hotel room): apple
6:30 (restaurant): a few shrimps w/ hot sauce; 1 oz. calamari; 1
stuffed mushroom; 2 cups tossed salad w/ balsamic vinaigrette; 6 oz.
grilled salmon; 1 oz. baked potato
11:00 (hotel room): creatine

Totals: 1770 calories, 52g fat (27%), 196g carbs (44%), 124g protein
(28%)

Friday, 4/2:
7:30 - 2:00 (meet, nibbling all morning after weigh-in): creatine; 3
mini-bagels w/ 1.5 oz. cream cheese; 2 oz. trail mix; 2 snack packs of
Nutter Butter Bites; 3 pieces of string cheese; 1 power drink
3:30 (restaurant): salad w/ 1 cup greens, 3 oz. grilled shrimp, 1
tbsp balsamic vinaigrette; 1 glass chardonnay
7:00 (hotel room): 1 oz. trail mix
9:00 (restaurant): 1 cup lobster bisque; 6 oz. grilled salmon; 1/2
serving peach cobbler; 2 glasses chardonnay

Totals: 2759 calories (321 from alcohol), 96g fat (31%), 289g carbs
(42%), 126g protein (18%) {Carb loading before lifting is one of the
things you do.}

Saturday, 4/3:
8:00 (hotel breakfast bar): 8 oz. grapefruit juice
10:00 (pancake house): 2 frieg eggs; 1 pecan waffle w/ butter and
maple syrup; 12 oz. orange juice
3:00 (restaurant): cheeseburger
5:00 (movie): 3 cups popcorn, plain
8:00 (take-out, in Tom and Ahmed's room): 4 buffalo wings, 1 1/2
slices pepperoni pizza
10:00 (hotel room): 2 oz. trail mix

Totals: 2276 calories, 126g fat (50%), 196g carbs (34%), 110g protein
(19%)

Averages for the week: 1734 calories, 27% fat, 43% carbs, 29% protein

Sunday, 4/4:
7:00 (hotel breakfast bar): 3/4 waffle w/ 3/4 oz. peanut butter; 8
oz. orange juice
9:30 -- 2:30 (traveling and nibbling): 1 mini-bagel, 1/2 oz. cream
cheese; 5 oz. trail mix (!)
8:00 (home): 196g turkey meatloaf w/ 3 slices melted f/f cheese

Totals: 1543 calories, 81g fat (47%), 145g carbs (38%), 83g protein
(22%)

EXERCISE:
Thursday: none to speak of, just walking around airports
Friday: lifting meet -- around 12 each snatches and clean and
jerks, plus various warmups; a few blocks walking around Savannah
Saturday: 2 mile walk before breakfast; a mile or two leisurely
walking around Savannah waterfront
Sunday: none to speak of, just walking around airports
