Calling all resolution makers!
Join me as I climb back on the wagon! I gradually (one little bite at
a time) fell off in October and boy oh boy how I have missed the benefits of LC. I lost 35 lbs the first time around and gained back 10 (probably 5 of them in the last 2 weeks!). I'm in it for the long haul now! My hubby and I are doing LC together. It really helps to have in-house support. I'd sure like to hear from all of you who are starting the new year off with your health in mind! Ruby 239/212/165
