Food & Exercise -- 6/6/2007
I ate more today than I'd have liked, though nothing outrageous. We
went up to my brother's house in the late afternoon to spend some time going over family photos & my mom's jewelry and deciding who would keep what, and then we all went out to dinner at a Legal Seafoods. My SIL always serves hors d'oeuvres of some sort, and we drank wine, so this was some extra eating that I didn't need to do. Anyway... Food: * 6:15 (home): 2 poached eggs on 1 slice whole wheat toast w/ 3 slices f/f cheese & grated French hard cheese * 1:00 (home): turkey breast burger on whole wheat bun w/ 3 slices f/f cheese, dill pickle, & catsup * 5:00 (brother's home): 2 glasses wine; a dozen or so crackers w/ either a spinach dip or a chutney dip; 3 small tart shells w/ feta cheese & tomato * 7:45 (Legal Seafoods): 1 1/2 glasses of wine; blackened wild salmon; steamed broccoli; fried sweet potato wedges Exercise: * 10:00: Lifting: shoulder warmups; DB snatches; snatch pulls; power cleans; back squats * 11:00: 75 minute yoga class -- focus on back bending Chris 262/130s/130s |
