Default New Weight Loss Challenge!

Well even though I haven't done the best possible job with keeping up with
the last challenge, I'm setting up for the next one anyway!

The next challenge will be the It's Never Too Late weight loss challenge
(INTL). I'd like to take advantage of the acronym to remind everyone that
this is a world-wide forum, and to invite folks from all over to sign up for
the challenge. Challenge will run for 12 weeks from December 6 to February
27.

Challenge website will be:
http://www.angelfire.com/me4/travelgirl/intl.htm - website will be online
within the hour.

Signup here, by email to (with INTL in the subject line)
or by the form located at the website. If signing up here or by email, be
sure to include your starting weight the week of November 29-December 5, and
you goal weight for the end of the challenge (not your overall goal, unless
they happen to be the same!)

Great timing. I'd love to join up. I know I've only a tiny bit to
lose, but it's Christmas so my weight will be all over the place. This
is just the thing to remind me what my goal is.
I'll post a follow up with my starting weight on Saturday 4th

Great timing. I'd love to join up. I know I've only a tiny bit to

The damage is...

Starting weight: 277.0
Goal weight: 267.0

I think I can lose 10 pounds in 12 weeks! YEAH!

(consider this my official re-start)

I aim to be at or under 182 by the end of the challenge, but of course
the holiday is in between now and then so...


181 this week. Down 1 pound.

The intention is to lose a couple more pounds so that after Christmas
I'll be back at 182 or maybe a little over, depending on how much
whisky and chocolate Santa leaves.

I've been OP all week so I'm having a cheat night tonight. There's
some christmas pudding in the fridge with my name on it, and some low
fat custard. I'll probably have some whisky too or maybe open a bottle
of burgundy. Christmas is good
