Hello everyone,

Congrats to all the losers and hang in there to all who are working at it
and maintaining.

After a wonderful loss last week, I expected to gain a bit back this week,
but to my surprise I lost another 1.3 lbs. I am ecstatic, because that gets
me back to my 10% weight loss. I have not been this low since July 2002.
That was my next mini-goal I had set for myself for the new year and it
arrived much earlier than expected. Even with the dreaded See's candy in
the office this week and all the wonderful baked goodies coming through and
two Christmas parties, I still managed a loss. Now to tackle this week...

I have two parties and three dining out with friends gatherings and two
are in one day. I know I will make it fine, I just have to continue on
with what I have been doing. Like so many have said here, it is the way of
life we are changing for the better, if you only think of it as a diet, you
will never get it all off and KEEP it all off for the rest of your life. So
the slow journey is the way to go and keep it off.

Have a great week everyone,

Debbie

Super news, super loss. Reaching the 10% goal is a major
accomplishment. What a great gift to give yourself.
