Some of my favourites a

Cumin Yogurt Dressing

(put it on greens, GREAT with any salad with red onion in it or even cabage to make a low fat colslaw)

1/2 c nonfat or low-fat plain yogurt
1-2 cloves of garlic pressed
1 teaspoon fresh lime or lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon grated red onion
pinch of cinnamon
1/2-1 teaspoon minced cilantro or mint
salt to taste

per 1 oz. serving: 18 calories, 1.7 g protein, 0.1 g fat, 2.5 g carbs

Curried Mango Yogurt Dressing

1 cup plain nonfat yogurt or low fat
3 tablespoons prepared mango chutney
1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder
2 teaspoons finely mined red onions
1 tablespoon fres lime juice

Default really good salad dressing recipes?

My favorite salad dressing is to squeeze an orange over the lettuce and
sprinkle with Splenda or a small amount of sugar. My kids and
grandkids love this, too.
