Default farmer cheese- great for LC

Just found a great new cheese- "Friendship" brand farmer cheese. I found
out that this type of cheese is the soft goooey cheese that is used to make
some types of cheese filled pastry. Turns out the label has NO carbs, only
2.5 grams of fat, and 5 g protein. I've used it in scrambled eggs and it
adds some more bulk yet makes the eggs fluffy and creamy. I've also poured
a little heavy cream in a couple spoonfuls of it with some splenda and it's
a yummy little snack .
