1 C cooked oatmeal with 2 tbs dried fruit, pkg sweetener, 1 tbs cream 2 c romain 1/4 cup pom seeds 1 serve croutons 2 tbs lite raspberry dressing 1 cup split pea soup LF tortilla w/1tbs whipped cream cheese 2 slices home made thin crust pizza with meat, vegies, and cheese 2 12 oz beers Exercise: Shoulder press flyes chin ups sit ups side bends (obliques) tricep kick backs Meant to go for a walk before the rain came, but two emergency projects hit my desk, and I never did get out...
