Default Monday Weigh-in

Had my weigh-in this morning and finally got unstuck from where I've been
hovering for the last month. Dropped 6 pounds since last Monday. I increased
my walking and it did the trick! One step at a time. Also, increased my
dairy to two servings in the morning and added two cups of green tea
throughout the day, and an additional fruit serving.

I also hit my short term 30 pound goal. Feeling reinvigorated today.

It takes about 4 weeks of charting to be able to judge a weightloss trend.

Unfortunately, the body does wacky things with weight on a short term basis.
It can be like watching the stock market.

Aint' that the truth. Just when you think man I kicked butt this week
the scale says not so fast. I'm watching inches as well so I was still
shaping up even if the weight was dropping so fast. I've lost 6 holes in my
belt. 6" all together. I feel really great right now. My BP was taken
this morning also and it was 124 over 76. One month ago it was 140 over 85.

That's true, which is why you got to get excited everytime it goes the way
you want it to, cause if you don't, you'll be bored out of your mind!

Will~ almost 5 years into this, 4 of them at goal!

Way to go, Joe! It's nice to have such a decisive drop from that
plateau!
