Monday Weigh-in
Had my weigh-in this morning and finally got unstuck from where I've been
hovering for the last month. Dropped 6 pounds since last Monday. I increased my walking and it did the trick! One step at a time. Also, increased my dairy to two servings in the morning and added two cups of green tea throughout the day, and an additional fruit serving. I also hit my short term 30 pound goal. Feeling reinvigorated today. Joe 357/327/220 |

It takes about 4 weeks of charting to be able to judge a weightloss trend.
Unfortunately, the body does wacky things with weight on a short term basis. It can be like watching the stock market. "Joe" wrote in message ... Aint' that the truth. Just when you think man I kicked butt this week the scale says not so fast. I'm watching inches as well so I was still shaping up even if the weight was dropping so fast. I've lost 6 holes in my belt. 6" all together. I feel really great right now. My BP was taken this morning also and it was 124 over 76. One month ago it was 140 over 85. |

That's true, which is why you got to get excited everytime it goes the way
