Default The New WW program or something

Several people have emailed me about the new WW program, way to count,
whatever.

Apparently there is a new program being tested somewhere out in the field,
I'd like to share but it's not here in California. I don't know a thing
about it, actually I learned about it from the first of you who asked me
about it.

So, I guess it's true that something new is coming, but I really have no
clue what it is. I'm not trying to be rude or secretive, I really don 't
know.

What I CAN tell you, from what I learned when we started the Core testing
is, wait for it to show up in your area. Don't switch to the new plan
without the documentation, explaination from your leader etc. Your staff
will be trained in the program before they present it to you.

When Core was first tested, it ran out like wildfire and then WW realized
they had to make adjustments, which is why they are testing it. When the
adjustments came out, informations got VERY messed up online, and a lot of
people ended up following no real plan, taking advice from people who had no
clue what they were talking about etc.. It was a big mess and it took months
to straighten it all up.

When the program is out and nice and tested out, we'll come to you on the
website and in the meeting rooms, with the REAL infos and documentation so
that you can enjoy an accurate program, not all the weird versions going
around online.

It's up to you, of course, just trying to help you avoid the mess this time
around. I rarely step in "as a leader" since I do want to be a "member" in
here... but I thought it was worth mentioning.

You no what though, it is always an improvement over previous programs.
This is from someone who as told to eat liver once a week in 1973 and
mash green beans calling it guacamole. That is why I am such a WW
believer; it always gets better and you can always stick to what you are
doing if it works for you. Audrey

Default regarding half bananas

I still often eat half a banana. I put the other half in the freezer for
making smoothies.

I realize the liver you folks are talking about is different,...but when I
think liver it's chopped liver with onions and fresh rye bread...Great
memory but just something from my past...Good chopped liver requires and old
Jewish grandma using lots of schmaltz and spices...Thanks all for the
memories...GG

Gary, my memories are from Canter's on Fairfax in LA as well as the
chopped liver my dad used to make. A so-called Jewish deli opened up
where I live and I am probably the first person to ask the waitress if I
could have a taste of their chopped liver. She was a bit suprised by the
request but brought a small sample in a paper cup. It wasn't bad and
when I have a lite eating day I will order a sandwich for lunch.
