Default Food & Exercise -- 9/19/2004

Food:

10:00 (home): 2 poached eggs on 1 slice whole wheat toast w/ 3 slices
melted f/f cheese

12:30 (home): ready-to-drink chocolate protein shake

4:00 (Panera restaurant): tomato & mozzarella salad (2 tomatoes, 3 oz.
mozzarella, 2 tbsp balsamic vinaigrette); 3 wedges focaccia bread

8:00 (home, while watching movie): 1 serving air-popped popcorn; 3
mint meringue cookies

Totals: 1254 calories, 44g fat (32%), 130g carbs (41%), 80g protein
(25%) {Not a lot, but not hungry for more.}

Exercise:

2:30 -- 30 minutes treadmill run, in pattern: 6 x (2.5 minutes at 4.9
rpm, 1.5 minutes at 4.8 rpm, 1 minute at 4.7 rpm) {I'm taking a light
cardio week, so this was a shorter run than I usually do on Sundays.}

7:30 -- short (1.2 miles) very brisk walk -- short because it was
about to get dark, very brisk because it was getting quite chilly out
