Default diet

For the last several years, I have been splitting firewood with hammer and
wedges. I lost very little weight.
I have always stuck with fish, chicken breast, veggies, canned pineapples.
Recently I started to eat nothing but a
large can of red kidney beans. It is hi on fiber and protein. I am not
loosing weight like I want to. I never have a craving for sodas, or candy.
Any ideas?

Is splitting firewood with axe, maul hammer and wedges a good workout?
I split wood about 2 hrs a day, or every other day.
Kurt
