Default Food & Exercise -- 7/27/2007

Usual gym stuff this morning, then home for lunch. Went to the pool
in the afternoon, but had to leave after just one swim session due to
rain. Tonight DH and I went to the country club for dinner.

Food:

* 7:30 (home): oatmeal w/ peanut butter, flax seed, & dried
blueberries
* 10:45 (gym, between lifting & yoga): energy breakfast square
* 1:00 (home): turkey burger on whole wheat bun w/ 3 slices f/f
cheese, dill pickle, & catsup
* 5:00 (home): ~ 1 1/2 oz. peanuts
* 7:30 (dinner at club): 2 1/2 glasses wine; 1 cup shrimp & sweet
potato curry soup; grilled swordfish (~ 5 oz) w/ sweet corn risotto;
1/2 serving (split w/ DH) crispy cheesecake w/ butter pecan ice cream
{turns out that "crispy cheesecake" was cheesecake-like filling in a
sort of crispy tortilla -- very tasty!}

Exercise:

* 10:00: Lifting: weighted step-ups; sumo squats; stiff-legged
deadlifts; leg extensions; hamstring curls; calf extensions; hip
adductor; hip abductor
* 11:00: 75-minute yoga class, focus on core
* 3:45: swimming: 1 x 15 lengths: 375 meters
