Receipes/Please help me!
I am a male 31 and 6 feet tall weighting 216 lbs. I have gained 15 lbs
in the last 2 months and 50 since 1996. I try to watch what I eat and I exercise 5-6 days a week running for 30 - 45 minutes. I still can not loose weight. I am interested in trying the low carb thing but need some receipes of some things I can eat. I pack my lunch during the week and need something I can fix for breakfast that does not take long to fix up and is satisfying. I tried the Atkins for about a week and was starving and could not stay on it. Breakfast was the harest meal because all I could eat was bacon and eggs. That got old and difficult to fix. (for a guy anyway). All of my weight is in my abdomen and it is constantly bloated. Any help would be greatly appreciated! |
