Strange question
"Ignoramus11235" wrote in message ... This is a weird question, no doubt... I find that a mild sensation of hunger makes me somehow feel good. It's hard to explain but somehow my body feels like it is working better. I have no idea why. I do not overeat etc, so it's not like I feel bad after eating due to overeating. I consistently find that if I lose a bit of weight every week, I feel better than when I stop losing. Is this normal at all? I hope that I am not developing an eating disorder or anything like that. I am at the upper end of normal weight for my stature and still have quite a bit of fat. i I've had the exact same thing happen to me. If I eat the wrong things, my body tells me by feeling sluggish, being dehydrated, etc. My mood seems to be better if I am a little hungry, but if I let myself get too hungry, I get grumpy. |
