-down 1.8 to 166.6 still in the right directions, doing nothing different,
shows perseverance works.
-challenges I had;
--went to nieces graduation 500 mile round trip
--today we go 250 miles to business meeting tonight and tomorrow morning,
then to DH's great nephew's party, one is getting confirmed and the other is
having first communion. then on Saturday another meal at the walnut room
probably a thousand miles or more will be traveled by Sunday.
-My mom was taken by ambulance to the hospital and is still there, she has
strep and it is so bad her throat swelled and almost cut off her airway, she
is better but still in hospital

mini goals;
--.6 to 20 pounds to ww goal
--1.6 to an even number

have a great week, will post when I return and rest up for a day,

Lee

Great work on the loss Lee!

My, it does sound like these challenges can cause difficulty, but you know
how to persevere and I'm sure that you will get through them without doing
much damage! Keep up the good work!

Hope your mom feels better soon.
