Default Dinner last night

It's fun to cook sometimes...

Grilled lamb chops with just salt--in all their own unseasoned glory; a spinach
salad with eggs and toasted almonds with thinned homemade ginger mayonnaise;
and mashed cauliflower mashed with grated fresh garlic, snipped parsley,
rosemary, butter, salt, and freshly crushed black pepper.

You know me and my dessert: sliced fresh strawberries and almonds, and
delicious homemade yogurt.

So what did you have?

Grilled outside cheeseburgers. Romaine lettuce with spinach leaves salad, and
that kraft no carb, low calorie italian dressing. Yogurt with strawberries.
(got a chipped tooth, hard to eat nuts right now). It was all good. Your dinner
last night sounds yummy!!

We had low-carb swiss loaf, from Dana Carpender. It's basically meat loaf
with swiss cheese in it. It was pretty tasty though.

Hmm,
I hate cooking, so I eat ham packs from Wal-Mart. .50cents each. 1 carb,
80 calories, and 15 grams of protein..

Ick..but they make me full...and keep me @6 carbs a day...

Broiled boneless seasoned pork chops with two cups of tossed mixed green
salad and cucumbers, a couple of cherry tomatoes and bacon bits.

Desert was a low carb (breyers, made with sucralose 5g) ice cream on a
stick (I can ignore the sugar alcohols)
http://www.breyersicecream.com/produ...brand=Klondike.

For the day:
Calories: 1701
Fat: 61%
Carbs: 8%
Protein: 31%

Not a bad day.

THE REAGAN LEGACY
He was a true believer who moved the USA divisively to the right.
But compared to the current president, Ronald Reagan looks like a
moderate.
