Default Leftover chicken pie

We had a roast chicken for dinner on Sunday: 'twas a little one, so not
quite enough left on it for a 'proper' reheated roast type dinner...

I picked off most of the meat and flung the bones in a pot to make a
nice meaty stock for soup. Then I minced up the cold chicken in the
food processor. I added some leftover carrots, broccoli and sprouts
from the last two days, and moistened it with a dollop or two of roast
chicken gravy...

Mashed potato made properly with a little butter went on top, and there
was plenty for the three of us, at 6 points per portion.

We chased it down with pancakes, this being shrove Tuesday. Good job
the main course was a nice lean one and that I had some exercise points
to use up!
