Default How to get abs fast: The 3 Best Ab Exercises That Are Not Direct AbExercises

nstead of the typical ab exercise routines that we see so often with
crunches, situps, leg lifts, etc... I like to give my readers better
options for metabolism-boosting high intensity workouts that work
their entire body while also working their abs.

I'm going to show you an example today of one of my favorite ab
workouts that doesn't include any direct ab exercises at all. It's in
a tri-set format (similar to a super-set but alternating between 3
exercises).

Here goes:

1a. Renegade Dumbbell Rows
1b. Front Squats with Barbell
1c. Mountain Climbers on Floor

"Ab exercises" alone do not burn fat. And, in order to tone your
stomach, you need to reduce your body fat. So, how do you do that?

- The first step is always what you eat. You can drastically lower
your body fat just by cutting out or reducing things like sugar (e.g
soda, candy, etc.), and processed foods (anything that comes out of a
box basically).

And, then start eating more protein and fiber.

You can learn more about your abs diet plan by checking out

-Then of course you have to do cardio. But, if you want to burn fat
fast, don't waste your time with slow, even paced cardio. Instead do
interval training. You can learn more on how to burn stomach fat here
http://www.best-abs-exercises.com/burn-stomach-fat.html

-In order to lose fat, you have to build muscle by strength training.
And, if you strength train the right way. You'll be getting cardio and
working your abs at the same time.

You can learn more strength training tips here

Then, strengthen your abs with a variety of ab exercises, so once you
lower your body fat. You'll have defined, toned abs!
