Symptom of depression
Like most in the world, many here are uninformed about depression. One symptom
is overeating, and eating junk, although some eat less when depressed. Those who eat less are usually in an acute, temporary depression, such as when first coping with a break-up, death of other negative shock. Mine is a more or less life-long depression. Many with untreated depression are overweight or smoke to try to keep weight down. As long as I'm not medically overweight or look bad enough that clothes don't look decent, I won't put any more of the little energy I have to try to "diet". Sherry, 5'8" at 163 |
