Default Food & Exercise -- 8/3/2007

This morning I went by the conservancy to drop off the moths I
collected yesterday. When I was there I got involved in doing some
database stuff so was late going to the gym -- didn't get a chance to
lift, just did yoga class. Afterward I ran a couple of errands, then
went home. The junk pick-up guys came this afternoon and took all the
stuff we'd sorted out for them during the week, so after they left I
spent some time sweeping and straightening up in the basement.
Tonight DH and I went to the country club for dinner -- mostly to
celebrate our cleaning accomplishments this week :-).

Food:

* 7:00 (home): oatmeal w/ peanut butter, flax seed, & dates
* 10:30 (driving to gym): energy breakfast bar
* 2:00 (home): turkey burger on whole wheat bun w/ 3 slices f/f
cheese, dill pickle, & catsup
* 6:30 (country club): 1/3 roll w/ a little butter; 1 cup crab bisque;
pan-fried rockfish (~4 oz) w/ a citrus & cucumber salsa; mashed
potatoes (~1/2 cup -- didn't eat all that came with it); 1 cannoli
(dessert came with 2, but I split it with DH); 3 glasses wine

Exercise:

* 11:00: 75-minute yoga class, focus on hip flexors

* 4:00: ~1 hour basement clean-up
