Exercise reduces risk of breast cancer
Thank you for posting that article.
I've always been curious about the topic, since hearing news reports in the last decade that women athletes have a lower breast cancer rate than other people. The upshot was that women athletes lower their estrogen levels by reducing body fat, and estrogen can be a factor in breast cancer. I've read that women athletes sometimes lower their estrogen levels to where their periods stop altogether. At that time, there was no speculation about moderate exercise for us regular gals. However, in the last few years, there have been a few reports that moderate exercise can protect us too. |

high temperatures. This produces substances called heterocyclic
