So glad to be back on track

(Ruby) wrote: Luna Dear, I am so glad that I read this thread. I have been eating way to much Peanut butter and flirting with tastes of ice cream, a bite of bread, a nibble of muffin, and a few M&M's now and then. I am still losing weight, but at a much slower pace. This thread has motivated me. I really appreciate what Jenny said. I do believe that we have to learn to live with Carbs and not fear them. If I do an "all or nothing" approach as has been demanded by some posters, it will surely turn into nothing and I will gain back that 36 lbs! I need to live in a real world that allows me an occasional taste of a delicacy. I can do that once or twice a month and be very very happy as I get skinny! Luna, you are awesome to share your experiences. They help everyone. Ruby Thanks, you're so sweet. -- -Michelle Levin (Luna) http://www.mindspring.com/~lunachick http://www.mindspring.com/~designbyluna |
