Some nuts and good oils

Hi.

She's finding it very hard to get anywhere near the 2400+ calories she
needs, and during the last few days she's not been feeling to well with a
cold. Looks like the weight has gone up as well. What type of food will
increase her calories by a large amount, taking into account she has a

small
appetite? And cant really afford lots of meat? All I can think off is
checken legs.
