Default No Wonder Low-Carb Is So Expensive!

When I saw this yesterday, I thought of you guys. Of course.

I always stock up on frozen broccoli. I just never know when I won't
be able to get to the store. The 14 oz. bag I buy usually sells for
around $1.50. I was pleasantly surprised to find it yesterday for
$0.98 -- unfortunately they only had two bags.

But that's not the good part.

In the produce section with the other "prepared" stuff -- chopped
things and refrigerated salad dressing -- they had some little tubs of
cut broccoli. This stuff is special, because all you have to do is
pop it in the microwave! The package holds 13.2 oz. of fresh
broccoli. It's a good thing I don't have a heart condition, or the
$3.78 price tag might have been the end of me.

I'm constantly amazed at what people will buy.

That said -- LOOK AT MY SIG! LOOK AT MY SIG!

And now -- back to our regularly scheduled programming.

Thanks Cheri. I hit a plateau about a month ago and my weight hasn't
budged, with no change in eating. It's a bit frustrating but for the
most part I'm just being patient, knowing that this is a temporary
hitch. My body likes this weight for some reason. But I'm too close
to that magic 200 mark to turn back now!

Patience, and staying healthy while you're doing it is the key Peter,
since we all know about those plateaus, and you are very close to the
200 pound mark. I know you will succeed. :-)
