If I were living in Maryland I would. I really enjoy watching Dr. Phil's weight loss shows and reading his books. He has helped many people realize that they need to work on exercise and improving their eating habits to get down to a realistic healthy body. I am in one of the mountain west states. Not on Dr. Phil's diet plan
(I devised my own, balanced plan) but starting to get into his books, etc. Lots of behavior modification. Could be an enhancement to my own plan, which I wouldn't go off of in favor of his.
